FreeBSD is going well

I've got Gnome2 installed and I've learned a quick and effortless way to install all of the Perl modules I want. pkg_add p5-CGI* I gave it a try and it actually worked, installing all of the *portized* CGI perl modules.

The only problems I have now are:

  • Firewall wont allow HTTP requests
  • Mozilla Firefox won't run
  • The wheel on my mouse doesn't scroll windows, but it does open up links in new windows when clicked un Mozilla ~sigh~
  • getting it on the domain
  • getting some default icons off of my Desktop

Besides those few things everything is peachy. Check out the screen shot.
