It's been a life-long dream of mine to some day have a motorcycle. However it seems that as I get older more and more of my friends are wrecking their bikes. My friend Bob nearly lost all of the skin on his hands from an accident, an old co-worker, Brian, now has pins in his ankles after his accident ( I don't recommend running from the cops drunk on a motorcycle, or in any vehicle for that matter ). There was at guy at my work that was in the hospital for a long time after his accident. He had to use a walker to get around the office. Now Chris, below, got away lucky with just a broken wrist, he too is now part robot, with pins and rods holding him together.

Even knowing people who have died isn't a deterrent for most people.

What a phenomenon!
